Rob Hanson
Music
Recording & Digital Editing: Rob is a music literate recording
engineer with well over
200 CD credits for international labels and independent
releases. His work has received a JUNO nomination and critical
acclaim. His specialty is recording in the rich acoustics of churches and
performance halls across Ontario.

Education Initiatives:
From
2001 to 2005 Rob developed and presented the Fun 2 Sing Music Education
Program which reached over 120 elementary schools and over 25,000 students
across Ontario. Provided as a recording session workshop, students
were encouraged to get involved and were featured on CDs with other
schools from their community.
Rob
continues to provide in class recording session workshops that allow
students of all ages to learn first hand lessons about the exciting world
of studio recording techniques. Working closely with music educators
and by tying in music curriculum objectives, it inspires students to get
involved and build their interest in music. Contact

Theatre:
By
working closely with Directors and Producers, and by having a solid
understanding of acoustics and equipment capabilities in theatrical venues, Rob has proven a to be a valuable resource for numerous theatrical projects.
Rob
has designed sound for a variety of productions including "Picasso At The Lapine
Agile" by Steve Martin; "Leader Of The Pack" by Ellie Greenwich; "Guys & Dolls" by Frank Loesser;
and "Brighton Beach Memoirs" by Neil Simon.
Film
& Television: Rob's film and television projects include work with Jim Henson, CTV, CBC,
Family Channel, TSN, Weed Man, Liptons, and Sears.
